Content of Work
As a Business Consultant at TECHNIA, you will bridge the gap between technology and business,
working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing innovative PLM solutions. Your
technical expertise in PLM systems will be matched with a strategic and business-oriented mindset to
drive commercial success. You will cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, to assemble the
insight and identify the different project needs to solve complex problems for our customers.
Key responsibilities
– Provide expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of PLM systems
– Drive strategic decisions and enhance the overall value of PLM solutions for our clients
– Build sustainable long-term relations and be a trusted advisor to our customers
– Analyse business needs, specify requirements and propose solutions
– Conduct demos and concept visualization to explain the business value for customers
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with commercial goals
Required competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field
• Previous experience working with PLM (preferably 3DEXPERIENCE) and delivering end-to-
end PLM solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage critical project
deliverables and engage with key stakeholders
• Ability to advise and educate customers on PLM best practices and digital transformation
• Experience in managing customer expectations and driving customer success
• Excellent communication skills in English, both in verbal and written form
Meriting skills and tools
Swedish language skills are an advantage
