Students will be guided on how to effectively utilize these components to modify existing protocols or create new ones. The course thoroughly explains all the fundamental concepts required for protocol creation and manipulation. By the end of the workshop, students will have the proficiency to modify existing protocols and create customized protocols, leveraging the extensive functionality offered by Pipeline Pilot.

  • Learning about architecture of Pipeline Pilot and the component collections
  • Working with variables, conditional data flow, pilot script, web port
  • Managing component and Protocol libraries
  • Building and running protocols
  • Learning sub protocols, data processing and interactive reporting using charts & tables, filtering and statistics
